At Cielobrations, we understand that some customers prefer to collect their rental equipment in person. That's why we offer a convenient pick up service from our location in Southwest Florida. Our team will coordinate with you to arrange a time for pick up that is convenient for you. When you arrive, we will have your rental equipment ready for you to inspect and take with you. We take great pride in the quality of our equipment and ensure that everything is clean and in excellent condition for your event.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Cielobrations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your rental equipment. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your equipment to arrange a return or exchange. We will do our best to resolve any issues and ensure that you are completely satisfied with our service.
Please note that equipment must be returned in the same condition it was rented in. Any damage or missing items may result in additional charges. If you have any questions about our return and exchange policy, please contact us.
